RansNet Certification Program

The RansNet Certification Program validates knowledge and hands-on capability across the RansNet platform — from product fundamentals to advanced design and troubleshooting. Certifications are earned by passing a proctored online exam and follow a three-tier ladder, with each tier testing a different kind of competence.

Certification Tiers

Each tier is a prerequisite for the next: RCP requires a valid RCA, and RCE requires a valid RCP.

Who Should Get Certified

  • RansNet staff — RCA is the baseline for all technical and customer-facing roles
  • Partner sales and pre-sales teams — RCA demonstrates credible product knowledge to customers
  • Partner and customer engineers — RCP (when available) validates the skills to deploy and support RansNet networks independently

Exam Logistics

  • Exams are delivered online by invitation — candidates receive a unique exam link by email
  • Exams are closed-book: questions are presented one at a time, with no back-navigation and a fixed time limit
  • Results are shown immediately on submission, with review guidance for incorrectly answered topics
  • Certificates are issued with a unique ID for verification
