RansNet Support Packages

mLite services include:

  • Cloud mfusion dashboard access (for remote monitoring and configuration orchestration)
  • Software subscription (for firmware patches and new feature upgrades)
  • FREE for 1st year with Hardware purchase
  • Compulsory purchase for 2nd year on-wards (Annual Recurring Charge, at 8% of hardware cost per year)

Warranty (WTY) services include:

  • Includes all services of mLite
  • Carry-in hardware Return Material Authorization (RMA)*
  • FREE for 1st year with Hardware purchase
  • Recommended purchase for 2nd year onwards (Annual Recurring Charge, at 15% of hardware cost per year)

NOTE

*RMA is “carry-in”, eg. hardware is sent in to RansNet warehouse in Singapore, at the cost of partners.

*Approval of WTY renewal for expired hardware is at discretion of RansNet. If the WTY has expired for more than 3 months, renewal for faulty hardware is not allowed; if it’s within 3 months, partner can send in the faulty hardware for assessment and RansNet may consider approval for renewal (back dated to last expiry date) or reject (if found non-repairable).

These optional managed services (MS) packages are designed for partners to support some critical customers. You can rely on RansNet to provide back-to-back advanced technical support to your customers so that you can offload internal resources and focus on growing your businesses. This is also ideal for new partners who will take time to build up internal expertise.

*Please note that “onsite” services are only available in Singapore. For overseas, partners will send onsite engineers and the RansNet support team will remotely perform the services over anydesk or Teamviewer. Please contact RansNet representatives for the costs of each MS package.
